Margaret joined the Firm in 1964 and has been practicing as a Solicitor in Kirkcaldy for over 55 years. She specialises in Residential Conveyancing and Executry work and has assisted clients with their property transactions for decades.
Margaret can also advise clients in connection with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Family Law, Separation, Divorce, Leases and Executries.
Peter joined the Firm in 2014 and was assumed as a Partner in 2019. He specialises in Residential Conveyancing and the Firms Estate Agency. Peter has a strong knowledge of the local property market and can assist clients at all stages throughout their transactions.
Peter can also advise clients in connection with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Family Law, Separation, Divorce, Executries, and Leases, Adults with Incapacity issues (Guardianship/Intervention Orders) and Commercial Conveyancing
James joined the firm in 1975 as a Solicitor and was assumed as a Partner in 1977. He officially retired in his capacity as a Solicitor and Notary Public in October, 2019, but remains at the firm in his role as a Legal Executive.
James specialises in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, and can also advise clients on Leases, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Family Law, Licencing, Executries and Company Formation.
