Guardianship / Intervention Orders
If a family member or loved one has been incapacitated by way of a stroke, Alzheimers, Dementia or other temporary or permanent brain injury or disease, and they did not grant a Power of Attorney when they had the capacity to do so, then to manage their financial and welfare affairs an application to the Court must be made. We have a wealth of experience in dealing with applications and can guide a potential Guardian/Intervenor through the whole process from preparation of the Initial Writ to assisting in the preparation of the Inventory and Management Plan.
